Sunday, 06 September 2009 05:44 Written by Emily Goodman

womens_Phenomenal_final.jpgDear Women of Fort St. John and friends of the Women's Centre,

The Women's Resource Society is putting on its first annual Women's Art Exhibit and is currently seeking submissions of original artwork. The theme of the exhibit is "Phenomenal Woman," celebrating the female experience and talents of local women like you! Chosen submissions will be on permanent display at the Women's Centre in the fall, turning our office into a space that truly represents FSJ women! (Date of unveiling TBA). We welcome artwork in any medium and from women of all artistic backgrounds. The deadline for submissions is September 30 and should be dropped off at the Women's Centre, 10051-100th Ave.

If you are interested in participating, please see the attached documents for further criteria and the event poster. Please feel free to pass this information along to fabulous female friends and family who might be interested as well!

We look forward to seeing your creative side!
