help wanted How to Participate

We need your help for MayFest to be a success! MayFest is a collaborative festival that isn't possible without the community's participation.   So look over the list below, and most importantly make sure to come to the show! If you're interested in anything listed below send us an email!

Come to the Show

The most important thing you can do to support local music is to come to the show! There is no show without people to enjoy it so come to any and every  MayFest event you can!

Help Spread the Word

The best way to get the buzz going about upcoming events is simply to talk about them! So help spread the word tell your friends, family, coworkers,  even strangers in the street about what's happening during MayFest and encourage them to come out and enjoy the show(s)!

Behind the Scenes Work

We’re always needing people who are willing to do behind the scenes work, and MayFest will be no exception! If you're willing to put up posters,  give out handouts, occasionally write on sidewalks in chalk, and do almost anything else (within limits) to let people know about upcoming events send  us an email!

Become a MayFest Sponsor

Help us cover the costs of MayFest by becoming a sponsor. Businesses and individuals are welcome, so send us an email if you're interested.

Share your Captured Memories

If you take video clips or photos at any of the MayFest events, send them in!

Give us Feedback

We always want to make things better, and your feedback is a big part of that! If you have any suggestions for MayFest make sure you let us know!   Also, once the festival is over let us know if you had a good time, what your favorite parts of the week were, and how we can improve for next time.
