The mission of Northern Groove is to create and promote an arts scene in the Peace Region Area.

Northern Groove was started as a pet project of Russell Eggleston back in 2005.  Northern Groove is 100% owned by "Russell Eggleston Creative Services"... which is a sole-propritorship of Russell Eggleston.  Northern Groove is a for-profit organization that works hard to do great things for our community.
