Bug Fix: Problem with Adding Comments to Articles Resolved Print PDF

I've received feedback that commenting on articles sometimes doesn't work because of the "terms and conditions" checkbox.

Today (sorry it took so long). I've removed the terms and conditions of commenting.  It should work much better now!

So, with this in mind, please comment away!  Let me know if it works!

Also, if there are any other bugs that people are experiencing with the page, please let me know!  Otherwise I might not ever know.
