Northern Groove presents MayFest 2009 Fort St. John's first big little music festival!
MayFest is a week long minifestival running Monday May 4th to Saturday May 9th. Every day of the festival will see multiple music events hosted by various venues all across the city. From workshops to intimate dinner shows to fullblown pub concerts, the week will be jampacked with events to suit everyone's musical tastes!
MayFest is a collaborative festival, with venues and musicians of all sorts coming together to celebrate our thriving local music scene. Fort St. John has a vibrant local music community, and we want everyone to know about it! With this in mind, MayFest will feature local musicians every single day of the festival. So come out to as many MayFest events as you can and see for yourself just how vibrant our local music community is!
