The imaginations are running and the creative juices are flowing as the Instructors at the artSpace are busy preparing for the first annual Kids’ Summer College of the Arts, set to begin August 3rd. The 5 week long summer camp for kids aged 5 to 12 focuses on the Fine Arts, encompassing visual arts, dance, drama, music, yoga and culinary arts each week. Children will be able to learn how to paint, play musical instruments, perfect a dance move and act all in one convenient and fun environment of the North Peace Cultural Centre - the perfect setting for an arts camp! The 9am to 5pm schedule makes it easy on working parents and the fact that lunch and snacks are provided each day makes it even more appealing to families!
The North Peace Cultural Centre will burst with creative energy this summer! The "Kids' Summer College of the Arts" starts on August 3rd. If you have a child in your life who itching to dance, paint, sing, and play, be sure to register them before July 27th at 5pm to take part in the first week of classes.
The Kids’ Summer College of the Arts runs from August 3 to September 3, 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Parents can drop by the North Peace Cultural Centre or call in to register 250-785-1992.
