This Tuesday, February 2, the Lido Theatre is opening its doors to "the sweet taste of local music" for the first ever Strawberry Jam.
Strawberry Jam is a free, all-ages event happening the first Tuesday of every month and is meant to showcase local musicians and give them a chance to practice for and perform an actual set (instead of the 3 song max that is usually allowed at open mics).
Every month, 4 local musicians/bands will take to the stage - there will be 3 slots for half hour sets and one hour long slot for a headliner. The Lido says that they want to see everyone on their stage at some point, so if you're a local musician or band who is interested in playing at future Strawberry Jams make sure to stop by or give them a call at 250-785-3011.
Here are the 4 performers set to jam it up this month:
The Tone Doctors (featuring Johnny Stone, Darcy Bailey, and Jason Butler)
